Hi MJ. Thank you for your comment. Could this call be coming from the University of California, Riverside. After I submitted my application for one of their openings, I received a call from this recorded phone number. As far as I know pre-recorded phone numbers need to be reported to authorities.

I received a pre recorded phone call from (951) 406-2045 at 9:12 today, 07/27/17. Could this come from the University of California, Riverside because right after applying for a job online under this website: http://jobs.ucr.edu/, I received a call from this phone number.
