I had the same phone call as others and when we called back after I found out it was a scam call and made that remark the guy put us on hold and never returned to the phone.

The guy said his name was Jes brown and I really could not understand a word he was saying..he was saying something about I needed to get in touch with him if not he told me good luck he was saying something about an attorney..

This number called my house at 6:48 am on a Saturday morning. Aren't there laws about what time these fools can call? I was less than polite when I answered - never gave him a chance to speak.

Footnote: this 951-489-0236 called back at 7:20am Saturday - asked for me, then asked for my attorney's name. I asked what this was about. He (self identified as Mike Cooper) said there was a lawsuit against my business. I told him that I was aware that he is running a scam and he needs to stop calling me! I hung up, he immediately called back 5 times!! I kept the phone off the hook for about 3 minutes - then he stopped.
We shouldn't have to go through this garbage!!

here i receive a msg form this person stating that he needed 2 here from me not my attorney once i get a hold of him he states im getting a law suite because i havent payed on the loan i tried 2 talk 2 this robert guy and all he did was hang up if u are rerading this please stop calling me in regards an alleged loan that i never gotten or i will report u to the proper authorities

I eceived the same call on 10/24/11 @ 7:26 a.m. stating he was from a law firm. I told him that I will file a lawsuit due to the fact he disregarded the law in calling me before 8:00 a.m. I have filed a complaint about this with the AG and FTC.

Got the same call from this number as I see many of you have, claiming to be from the Ben Morgan law office from a foreigner claiming his name was John Miller. He stated that I had legal actions against my social security number, and that I must call his "senior attorney" right away. I advised him that I was reporting him to the proper autorities and to never call my numbers again, he promptly hung up on me.
