I got a phone call saying I have a lawsuit against me and that I need to send money via Western Union to stop this if not they are filing today. Im speaking with a Indian Accent man as well, should I believe this im worried?

A guy with an Indian accent calling me and telling me my social and that I have a law suit against me. And that I should call John smith at 951-525-5753 ext 101, call right now when I hang up. Ok im hanging up now CALL HIM NOW. They need to Stop calling people...

got these calls before claim to be collecting on a bogus debt. called the number asked for John Guy with a heavy Indian accent said John Worked for him but I couldn't talk to him. I really wish someone could do something about these folks the number is not published please post any information on these guys so we can call the authorities

John Smith is back someone with Indian accent doesn't says as situation unfolds on you. When u call they say John works for me but you can't talk to him then asked me to stop calling wouldn't say what they wanted in vm
