2) they apologize and then ask if you own a home
3) I asked how they got my CELL number ?!
4) they kept asking if I own a home

Yes, and tried to sell me an energy program. Extremely rude. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Called at 8:30pm. I told her I was reporting her. Do not answer this number. You will regret it.
