Called twice on 9-8-15: once at 8:38 am and again at 11:02 am CDT. Difficult to understand but said something about problems with my computer. That's when my wife grabbed the phone, told them in very plain language not to call again and hung up. They called back.

Did not recognize number so did not answer phone. When live operator came on, background noises were clearly audible of a call center.
