Just rec'd a call that went a little like this--
Me "hello"
Caller- "Hello, is Richard there?"
me - "Sorry you have the wrong number"
Caller- "Oh. No, I don't have the wrong number, I have the wrong name"

WHAT? After disconnecting, then I think I should have asked "Well, which name are you trying to find?"

I got this junk call last evening. On my caller I.D. it reported as LIFEGIVINGWOMEN. From what I can find out its a scam that allows them to charge long distance calls to your phone number.

They called me at 0800 on a Saturday morning. My one day to sleep in!!! Hell hath no fury like a woman woken up by a scam artist on this day.

Calls at 8:40pm for a survey, when I'm getting ready to put my children to bed for school in the morning. Told her that & to take me off her list & she hung up real fast. How rude to call that late on a Wednesday night

Ridiculous! No message left. Getting 6 or more calls each day...all telemarketers or just hang ups intended to annoy. Have blocked each number that has come in, but they simply use new ones I haven't blocked.
