My call was probably legit: I'd just gotten off a call that I made to OptumRX, and I'd forgotten to stay on the line for a survey I said I'd take. I didn't answer in time, and a callback didn't go through.

Same thing with me. Said they were from Optum RX. They asked for my Date of birth. Called on my cell phione.

Young man stated he was with Optum Rx. Thanked us for enrolling (which we had done) and asked if there were any other prescriptions we were filling locally. I told him there were one or two others. He said that he couldn't see my full account to check for eligibility unless I provided my DOB. I told him I wasn't comfortable doing that. He said okay referenced Optum Rx's phone info on the back of our medical card, thanked me and we hung up. Seems like a bad practice on UHC's part to allow these sort of calls, but I don't know how much control they have over it.

Just got a call claiming to be from United Health Care. He left a voicemail. Problem is UHC doesn't just call randomly for Flex-Spend Accounts

Female with broken accent claims to be with United Healthcare. Asks for personal information to verify who she is talking to. Where is MY verification that SHE is actually who SHE claims to be? I terminated the conversation.
