Called my office and wouldn't say anything. This is a bogus company because they sent me a letter stating the I owed something which I did not

WHen I answered the phone, the caller asked me to confirm my address and social security number without telling me who they were or with what company. When I told them I was not willing to confirm my personal information with an unknown source they said that they would no longer be able to continue with the call. When I called back and asked them what company they were, they requested my personal information including my Social Seurity number. I told them that I would not give them my personal information until they told me who they were. They refused to tell me who they were so I said, "You expect me to give you my personal info, but you refuse to give me yours?" That's when they said they were representatives from J C Christensen & Associates Inc. Initially they would not tell me the nature of their business, only that they dealt with "sensitive information", but when I looked them up online it shows that they are a debt collection agency.

Called me a few days in a row, no messages. I called the number back via my googlevoice account, went into an immediate hold after being asked via IVR if I was an english speaker. A Ryan Connor answered and noted that it was a recorded line. I hung up and blocked the number.
