called on March 31, said I owed $400 from Dec. Asked what for and where, said Park Nicollet in a clinic 70 miles from my house..... for yellow fever vacination. Like I need that in Minnesota....

Only answered becaused recognized 993 exchange as Park Nicollet. Not thinking that this was Saturday morning (and no one would be calling from there) Said hello twice to no reply. Hung up. No message left.
