I got a call with no voice response. I called them back and was connected to "the next available agent". The very human computer voice told me they were the Florida Police and Troopers Association and were tying to sell me on a decal for a donation of varying amounts.
According to the BBB, they are apparently located at PO Box 130
Elm Grove, WI 53122
Total scam.
