Oh this company called me stating I had a payday loan from 2006. They even went as far as calling my parents in Maryland, they threatened the cops on me, told me they would have me arrested for writing a bad check etc. They told me if I paid half of the $1120 that I owed them they would email me a letter. I told them no I wasnt paying them a penny until I had something in writing so the lady (Michelle was her name) screamed and yelled at me stating I was going to get in alot of trouble, told me she worked for the courthouse and was going to file papers on me, etc. So I was crying at this point and agreed to pay her $50 (which I had a prepaid VISA giftcard that I gave them not my real bank account). So they emailed me the letter and the letter was address to someone totally different in New York (I am in Florida), so I googled the address and it came back to a $2 million dollar home in New York. I knew at that point I was scammed. I tried to dispute the charge on the gift card but they would not return my money stating I authorized it. I tried to report them to the police and the number I had was magically disconnected so they are untraceable.

I was given this number as a Fax number from Global Solution. Its kind of funny that its suppose to be a fax number but its another scam!!
FYI: GLOBAL SOLUTION IS ANOTHER COMPANY THAT IS CLAIMING I HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN AND THAT THEY WILL SETTLE FOR $1310.66 (NEGATIVE!!) THEIR NUMBER IS 855-203-7106 & 601-515-5184

I HAVE BEEN CAUGHT UP IN A SCAM BEFORE AND NEVER AGAIN!

They have call me talking he same thing and when I asked for documentation they can't provide it

THIS IS A SCAM. IF YOU EVER HAD A PAYDAY LOAN, THEY BOUGHT THE PAPERWORK FROM THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL CLAIM YOU OWE MONEY FOR THE LOAN AND IF YOU DO NOT PAY THEM, THEY WILL CONTACT YOUR COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE. THEY CLAIM THEY ARE A STATE AGENCY WHICH IS FALSE AND AGAINST THE LAW. REPORTING THEM TO POLICE, STATE POLICE AND FRAUD INVESTIGATORS.
