Total SCAM DO NOT "Update" your card with them or give them any information. TSG Report them to the FCC and BBB !!
They tried to nail me today with their b.s. scam about unpaid balance on unused vacation for $598, Andrew transferred me to some lady who I got annoyed with who then told me I need to watch my mouth (fat chance you scam artist twit). Anyhow, they said card on file is expired (I've never even had a card issued to me from that credit card company), typical total scam.
The scenario is the same as above. I supposedly signed a contract in 2016 that I owe money on($1396).The 2 phone calls I received were nasty, rude, aggressive. I asked for evidence of this contract..they only have a recording . I told them to produce such a recording for my lawyer.
They also told me that the deposit of $398was on a VISA card with phony # which I never had.I was verbally attacked by their tactics. Ubfortately I do not remember their names
My first contact was with Michael Morris, telling me that I had already paid $598 to take 4 vacation package deals and that I should have attended a timeshare presentation, but had not done so in the 18 months I'd been allowed. I was currently at work and had no time to talk to him, so I verified his number to return his call at 11 a.m. the following day.
At 10:54 August 24th , I called 1 (594) 543 - 5732 and again spoke with Michael Morris regarding the vacation packages I didn't remember purchasing. He stated that on December 26th, 2016 I used a Visa card ending in 3862 to pay $598 to attend a timeshare presentation and receive a 4 day Resort stay, 8 day condo stay, two round trip plane tickets and an 8 day cruise. My payment would have been to a company called “Specialty Travel” but he was with the larger company called “Global Fulfillment Services”, and was given a customer service number of 1(888) 863 - 33803. I now needed to pay the remainder $598 for the second person that was supposed to be vacationing with me. I stated that not only did I not recall purchasing these promotions, I had never heard about them, that I have nobody to vacation with, and would not have paid this much money to get these in the first place. I was transferred to Mark Davis who tried to go over the package details again but I kept interrupting him when he stated different information from what Michael gave me. Mark then began to argue and bully me and tell me that I had already given them voice authorization and that I owed them the money. So I then asked him if this was a debt. He said that they have a 100% rate of getting their money! He then hung up after I started laughing at him.
I have gotten calls from this scam many times daily for 4 years. Now I report every number yo FCC.GOV and FTC.GOV...FREE!! Totally 100% FREE. Report every call..list every phone number. WE CAN STOP THIS!!! FCC.GOV...FTC.GOV!
