Someone from this number keeps calling and hanging up. Caller ID says "Reliable Sun Management" . Never heard of them

Received several hang ups from this number. Did some research, found out the number comes back to James Marcel Martin, and Caroline Oudin Martin located at 1099 NW 111th Way, Coral Springs, FL.
Someone named James Martin called me from this number claiming we owed him money for "his cut" of a painting contracting job he organized for us, I told him that he must have the wrong number. This person then beganl to scream racial slurs and threatening me. I hung up on him, and called the police.
Caller: James Marcel Martin
James Martin - Former property manager for M&M Property Management. His employment was terminated in early March 2016 for stealing, and hiding the resident voter ballots in an attempt to keep his position as property manager, and continue harassing the Palm Aire Country Club Condo 2 homeowners.
He is currently under investigation for backdating the financial ledgers
