This is the third time from three different "companies" that getting calls about a loan I never took out. THREATENING me, YELLING at me, telling me that I'm in big trouble. Lol. Really? Because a legitimate company tells you that your in big trouble, right? Oh...and when I called that had to look me up by my email address. Lol. Yep, sounds legit to me. Does anybody know who I can report them to? I'm sick of being HARRASSED over money that I don't owe!

Just received an email from Samantha Smith on my work email address. threatening to inform my employer of fraud I have committed by taking a loan and not paying back if they do not hear from me today. I NEVER GOT A LOAN and don't know who these people are. I called the number on email 954-573-6379 and asked "Who Are You' I said "I don't know you and don't have a loan with you" and I was hung up on. I called and the same gentleman with the same foreign accent (Samantha Smith) answered "Cash American" and hung up again, I called back twice and it went straight to voicemail. This is ridiculous and should be illegal.

Email from Karen WIlliams - Cash Advance USA .. 954-573-6379 - SHe is stating I owed over 860 for a loan. I emailed her back and forth several times.. She stated they would only take a lump sum today or monthly payments of a minimum of 100.00 per month. I asked her for a legal agreeemnt stating how much is owed and a installment contract.. She responded: I just told you our agreement.. WTH???? I have filed a complaint with The Attorney General's office in CA. PS I also let her know I have contacted the Attorney General.. She has not responded..

This is a scam call

Received an email on 7/7/16 from a Victor Smith, claiming that a file had ben received on his desk, stating that I have an outstanding debt of $860.00 to CSA. This email is to serve as a warn of an allegation of Cyber Crime-PCS for defrauding internet banking. Within the next two (2) days a lawsuit will be filed at the Clearwater Court (315 Court St., Clearwater, FL 33756) against my name and SSN. Allegedly after giving me several notifications, I have not responded. They are in the process to inform the Social Security and credit bureaus. I like how the throw in the Social Security Administration and credit bureaus in their mess transactions (hiding behind scamming senior citizens and anyone else they can intimidate). I attempted to all the number given (+1-954-573-6379) and got a recording that the number is not available?, however, I can contact Victor Smith at the email at Victor@Smithloanassistance 24*7. Any legitimate business would not leave an email address to transaction legal business.

I received email today from Janet Williams at advance cash services stating the below

The authorities are quite unhappy after seeing this behavior of you even when you have been a tremendously genuine customer having a great credit record.

GOT EMAIL FROM A MATHEW HUDSON. KNEW EMAIL WAS FAKE WHEN I SAW IT. I NEVER TOOK OUT A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY. READING OTHER COMPLAINTS I SAW SOMEONE GOT A CALL FROM A MATHEW ALLEN. THESE PEOPLE ARE SOMETHING ELSE. THEY USE FAKE NAMES TO HARASS PEOPLE.

GOT AN EMAIL FROM MATHEW HUDSON. STATING I OWE MONEY AND I NEVER TOOK A LOAN OUT WITH THEM. KNEW IT WAS SCAM WHEN I SAW THE EMAIL. I SAW A COMPLAINT FROM AN ANONYMOUS PERSON AND THEY SAID THEY GOT A CALL FROM MATHEW ALLEN. I'M TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE.

They emailed me, when I asked questions the 1st thing they do is hang up. So I made it up in my mind that since I had a hour or 2 to waste I would flood they line with calls. I felt that if that line was tied up they would not be able to call out to harasse or stress the next person out.

received a threatening email as well and i called the number and they didn't have any information, i tried getting the address but he just said he was in florida over and over again.

I received an email from "Cash Advance USA" with this phone number (954-573-6379). It was a very threatening letter; however, in last paragraph, they state that they are "not threatening you, we are (?!) just want to let you know about the consequences."
CRIMINALS!! I'm so tired of and annoyed with these scams. I feel at this point in time, its just the garbage we have to deal with until we become more technologically advanced, and are able to filter out these low lives and their miserable scams! I have to say, it is of some comfort to be able to read these type of blogs for reassurance that its not just me being harassed!
