OMG I just got an email from a Samantha Williams from Cash Advances saying I owe money. Scary. I did not take got any cash advance loan. Is this a scam?

Definitely a scam. Who can we report them to so they are caught and stopped?
Report them to the attorney general's office. There is a link you can find on the page and you can state what happened.

They are stilling people information off interent emails threatened people for loan money that i don't owe them they have several numbers using
