Got an email today saying i owe $973.00 and if i didnt pay today they would start court proceedings on me. I emailed a daniel paza back . He informed me that if I settle for $300 by today, he would clear the loan. I emailed back and said i would pay in 2 weeks since you gave me no notice to begin with. Daniel Paza emails back and states the settlement would be $400 now. In the email he also asked how to make payment either by western union, reload it pack or an itunes card. As soon as i saw itunes card, i knew something is up.

Final Collection Notice (title of email) 9545736381 (# they gave to call)

They sent my fiance an email too. But if you look at it closely it is bulk mail. No company who is legit would send a bulk email with your information in it. This is a scam!!!! Do not send these people money!!! Just ignore them.

These people need to be arrested! I called this number and some guy with broken English said I took a cash advance in 2013, which I did not!! They threatened to sue me if I did not pay! Someone needs to investigate these people!!

I just received an email from this number claiming I owe them money & I do not! They are threatening to sue me!!!! I never got any money from this cash advance outfit !!! The name on it was Yolanda Taylor

Hello I received an email stating that they are going to have me arrested and that I had taken out a loan with cash advance USA I can't believe that these people don't have anything better to do, but to send this mess to people email. I am calling my SSA office to inform them don't give these Jerks any information on me, And I am going to call the real cash advance office and inform them that these jerks are making their business bad. The guy that sent this to my email is Nick Thomas, I am going to take legal action against these Jerks

I got an email stating that I owed $860.00 and if I don't pay it they are going to have me arrested, my work place will be called and told about my fraudulent doings, SSA and IRS and credit report. I can pay them Western Union, Money Gram or ITunes cards.

954-573-6381 - This is the callback number on a email I received stating that I owe Cash Advance USA some money. They keep stating I was going be prosecuted within a couple days. When I informed that I have never had a account, and asked for the documents, they sent some information with my home address, and stated the funds where deposited into Bank of Nashville, which I have never had a account with. I called the number and it stays busy. I am waiting on them to send me the bank account information, so I can go to that bank.
