Received a robo call from this number and I immediately hung up. Wanted to lower my credit card rates which I don't have any that don't get paid off each month

I did not answer, they did not leave a message. When I called back I got a 'number not in service message'.

I asked them to remove me from their call list as I have no credit card balances. I want hung up on. It is a scam.

Just received a call from this number--about 30 minutes after dealing with Citi Bank fraud department regarding fraudulent charges against my credit card. I did not answer the call and no message was left.
