The person has left several messages stating my Chase account has fraud. I called Chase to confirm and they said this is a scam.

I did not answer, but they also called me on July 23. I also received other calls from Florida from the number 954-580-7123 on June 17, June 27, and July 9. My credit card information was stolen around the time that the phone calls started, so I wonder if it is related.
