Quest/ Centurylink operator stated that this call at this time of day is illegal and requested us to call 1-800-582-0655 during central time zone 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday to report this activity. The name of telemarketing firm and their number is needed.. this has to be stopped some how!
