Have no idea who he is or what he wanted, I did block the number, but they can still leave a message...

Clearly a recording. However, upon a call back, I managed to translate the number presses. Pressing two will apparently get your number removed from the list, and a short notice about how it can take up to two hours.

Called me, rang once then hung up. Tried calling back constantly busy! Called back and it is a recording about legal services for just 46.00 monthly all in Spanish. Scam do not fall for it.
