This call is about donations for Police donations. My father was LAPD, and my neighbor here in Idaho Springs is the Chief of Police. Both have told me for a long time that Police do not ask by phone calls. I get several calls a year, I've asked to be removed from their call list, I've been told OK. Is this a scam?
