Something about lowering interest rates.

Indian accented male insisting that he is from "Cardmember services for Visa and MasterCard who issue the credit cards to these companies" and he names almost all of the banks. Offering 6% interest rate for the lifetime of my accounts if I can verify the outstanding balance and expiration date of the cards. I consider myself pretty savvy about these scams but he almost got me! He started to get upset when I told him that Visa and MasterCard are 2 different companies and he hung up on me when I said I was not comfortable doing this.
