I spoke to them once, caller claimed 2work 4 my credit card company. Were phishing 4 my CC numbers by supplying partial info to get me to fill in rest. I also called credit card company to report.

They said it was my last notice to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. That this was the final notice. They have called many times before. Press 1 to speak to a specialist. I pressed 1, several clicks as call was being rerouted and spoke to someone. Immediately asked to be taken off their calling list. Stated that I was on the National do not call list. The women immediately hung up on me. Called the number back. Recording said that the Customer Service mailbox was full. These people call several times per week eating up my air time on my cell phone. I want them stopped. 100's of complates on internet for this number at 800notes.com and other such sites.
