They call everyday. I've asked numerous times to be taken off their list. I've been told it will take 24 hours, a week to 10 days and 45 days.

This number called me about once a day for a week. I don't usually answer unknown numbers but since it kept calling and said it was from Colorado,I answered. A man with an Indian accent answered, asked if I was "____ _____" and I said yes. He didn't say his name but said he was from Charter and wanted to ask some questions. I told him that I didn't have time because I was at work. He asked again. I said, no, can you please email the information; I don't have time right now." He asked AGAIN and so I hung up. Couldn't take no for an answer. The number tried calling me the next day! BLOCKED IT!

Yes, they call me at 6 am, 10 pm, every day including weekends...make it stop

This numbner kept calling my cell. It was Thomas Rogers from Charter Communications. I asked to be taken off his call list and he had to read me some script saying it would take 45 days and hung up on me. Great attitude and service Charter! ha!...total losers....
