five times in five days, even when I requested to never be called again, how can this not be considered harassment
this number calls my home daily and it is a polling call about what the most important issues facing America today is. The call is automated and there is no way to reach a live person and they do not indicate who they are calling or polling on behalf of. If I try to hit a number or # or other symbol on my keypad to get a person or try to opt out I get disconnected and I am put back in the rotation to be called the next day. I do not want to receive these calls and I would like to know who is behind them. Does anyone know how to get off their list. I don't care if they are polling, normally poll calls are live and you can tell them you are not interested in speaking with them. The only thing you are told is at the opening statement This is a call from Victory Processing. Great, fantastic, I had to look them up on the internet to find out who they were. This is harassment at this point. Receiving a call daily for as many days in a row as I have is an outrageous abuse hiding behind the ability of Pollsters not being considered telemarketers. Victory is a "create your own poll" site. So are they in violation of telemarketing rules?
