Lucky me, Rachel has me pre-approved for a $250k line of credit. Unfortunately, whenever Rachel calls my phone doesn't ring, I just get a voicemail. I'm not really a fan of calling people back when they act like they know me, I also don't call people back when they call my personal cell phone in an effort to sell me on some business scam. Rachel isn't the only person who is calling me wanting to sign me up for this line of credit, sometimes it's some weird guy I don't know either.

Ultimately these guys might be debt collectors, although I can't think of any debt they'd be trying to collect. Otherwise they're some kind of scammer.
