annoying - they leave no voice mail... can't call them back either and ask to be taken OFF their list and put on a do not call.
She always starts by saying that there are no problems with my accounts, but this will be the last chance for me to lower my interest rates in my cards down to 6.9%. First, if there are no problems with my accounts, there are no reasons for Heather to call me. Secondly, stop trying to get me to open my wallet. Lastly, the speaker always says it's the last time we will hear from them, but she calls me around 3 p.m. everyday! I wonder how they feel when they get calls like this.
