An old man (off his meds) calls my phone number and asks for "Jasper" who is a person that does not exist. He then proceeds to say "maybe you can help me" and does his soulless donation script. He has posed as both someone collecting for a police charity, and a veteran of the United States military collecting for veterans. He is an obvious liar, and calls my number multiple times a year. Do not trust this number. He has used multiple phone numbers including this one.
WhitePages says it's a scam.
