This is not a safe call. This woman called from this number and said she was from DirecTV. She said as I was a good customer she would like to add STARZ and Cinemax free for 3 months. Instead, she locked my account into a 2 year contract (I was not in a commitment before her call) and she increased my bill by $24/mo. Luckily, I was able to get her work order cancelled so I could revert my account to what it was before she called.
