Everyday we receive a call to lower our interest rate. I have requested every call to stop calling our home. They say to punch 3 to stop calls... that has been done. I finally asked to speak with a operator... that didn't stop the calls. I told them yesterday I would report if we received another call and today we received that call.

'card member services' - offer to reduce outstanding loans -- previously i had hung up, or got an alleed human and told them not to call since we were on the do not call registry but this time listened & responded to try to get more info -- calls almost daily, but didnt record info before

Lower Credit Card rates. Always saying that this is the last call you'll receive. Whenever I transfer to an agent and ask to be removed they hang up. Must have had these calls at least 30 times in the past 2 months. Can't get them to stop.
