They want to consolidate and lower the interest rate of our credit card debt. However we have no credit card debt. When I said we wanted to be"removed" from their phone list the woman hung up on me. We have continous phone calls from this company. on 2/1/12 my husband tried to talk to them when they called (11:36 am) to find out why they were calling us all the time. The guy said we had an account with them. Ralph tried to explain we are not signed up with their service. The representative kept insisting we were. Ralph finally got frustrated, asked again to the "removed" from their phone list and the representative hung up. We have been on the national do not call registry for several years. We keep re-signing up to hopefully stop these type of phone calls but they keep coming. They start off with a prerecorded message and when we are home we try to talk to a real rep but either the call is disconnected or when we do talk to someone they hang up on us when we try to get off their list.

Lower interest rates on credit card balances. I do not have and have never had an outstanding balance. Cards are paid in full every month. This is the 16th call from Card Holder Services since 11-8-2011. I have filed 11 previous complaints on this business and attempted to opt out numerous times. They hang up as soon as they detect any such effort.
