Lowered Credit Card Interest Rates. While I listed only one other call, they call 2-3 times a week. The call begins with a recorded message "Hello, this is Rachael from Card Holder Services" If I want to discuss reducing my credit card interest rates I can press "1". If I want no further calls I should press "3", but doing so does not stop future calls. If I press "1" to tell a live operator that this phnone is on the Do Not Call List and I want no further calls they usually disconnect without comment. Today it was different, the live operator identified himself as Brad Mueller. When I indicated that this number is on the Do Not Call List and that any further calls would result in a formal complaint with his name tied to it, his response was "Go ahead, I don't give a fu**". I don't know who has the ultimate control when it comes to enforcement, but if the Do Not Call List is to have any worth, someone needs to get a hold of companies that are in such flagrant violation.
