They call me every two weeks. If I press the button to be on their do not call list, it doesn't work. If I get a live person and explain I do not want to receive the calls, they hang up the phone as soon as I start to speak. The last operator's name was Colton, but as soon as i said, "I want to get off your...", he hung up. This has to stop!.

The identification shows: "LOWER INTEREST RATE". The recorded message left related to refinancing. We have had this before, but I did not note dates and times. I did not listen to the full message. Name and phone mumber are from my caller ID. Thank you.

Lowering interest rates, normally preceded by a recorded message. If given option to press # to not receive anymore calls, I've pressed, but keep receiving calls. When I press the # to talk with someone and ask for them to stop calling they hang up on me...then calls continue. I've recv'd at least 7 since 1/1/2012. Different #'s, different names, sometimes different voices.
