This number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.

LOWER MY CREDIT CARD RATE. THIS WAS THE 6TH CALL SINCE JANUARY 4, 2012. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THESE CALLS FOR IN EXCESS OF 5 YEARS. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP BUT THEY PROMPTLY HANG UP. YOU CAN ALSO REQUEST BY PRESSING A CERTAIN KEY TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CALLING LIST BUT THAT DOES NOT WORK FOR FUTURE CALLS. I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS EVERY TIME ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. MOST OF THE TIMES WHEN I RECEIVE THIS CALL, THE CALLER ID IS THAT OF A DIFFERENT NUMBER, "THIS IS (WOMANS'S NAME) FROM CARD SERVICES." I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE RECEIPT OF THESE CALLS. I USUALLY GO TO WWW.GOOGLE.COM AND ENTER THE PHONE NUMBER AND THERE ARE MANY MORE PEOPLE THAT ARE SICK AND TIRED OF THIS. DO I HAVE TO GET AN AIR HORN AND BLOW IT INTO THE PHONE TO GET THESE PEOPLES ATTENTION?
