cardholder services . looking to lower intrest rates on a credit card (non-specific)they claim to be working with credit card co. but have no idea of what company they represent . they call lookig for card info , we rarly can be connected to anyone , and when you are you are quickly disconnected if you ask to be removed from there list . we always press whatever button to be removed from there list but still recieve several calls per week , often from different numbers . we have been on th do not call list for around a year now primarly because of this vendor . we find this to be extreamly herassing and I do not understand how these calls continue to keep coming . How do they own phone lines that you are unable to trace , I spoke to a rep at the fcc and she said to write a detailed message , I'm obviously not the only one recieving these calls . How can this be stopped since I'm unable to even block there number ? They have even called from local land line phone numbers .

Reduce credit card balances. I do not have and have never had an outstanding balance.
