Automated message was left in cell voice mail providing menu instructions, meant for connected call, offering a free cruise to answer poll or option to opt out of further calls. Calling the number produces a "fast busy".

According to 800notes.com, calls from the numbers advertise reduction of credit card debt, political poll and carpet cleaning service. I don't answer any number I don't recognize and any voicemail msgs contain dead air.

THEY OFFER TO LOWER YOUR CREDIT CARDS INTEREST RATES. THEN ANOTHER CALL WOULD SAY THE SAME THING ONLY TO SAY THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO RECIEVE THIS OFFER.
