robo call for a 30 sec survey

The call states, with urgency, that they MUST speak to me immediately about my my CC and that it is imperative that I call them back (I do not have any CC) They say that they have called me many time before (they HAVE) and that time is running out. When I wait to speak to someone the first thing they ask is for my CC number and exp--when I ask any questions like, for which card (even though I don't have any) they get all irked and say "pick one", when I ask who they are they give some generic name like, American Credit.... When I ask how they got my info, they tell me that my account has been 'flagged". They get nastier and it feels like they are trying to scare me into giving them info ("you HAVE to give us your number or it will damage your credit")--when I tell them that I do not have a CC they hang up immediately. When I call back, the call does not go through. I keep getting these calls and it is wrong.
