"Hello, this is Rachel with Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. There are no problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press 9 to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates." It is NEVER the final notice. My current list of previous calls started on 22 May 2012 and I have received 4 calls since then. This does not include all of the calls I received over the past several months.
