My caller-ID indicated that a company called TECLO was calling from 971-220-1002. The caller claimed to be the (quote) "Central Clearing House for VISA, MC, American Express, and Discover" and also claimed to be (and again I quote), "regulated by over 500 banks". Wants my credit card info and claims that if I give it to them they will reduce my interest rates. I asked them how they could possibly be regulated by 500 banks and they hung up on me. Please please please stop these scam artists.

Cardmember Services message about lowering my interest rates on my credit card. Get at least 2 calls per week. I pressed 1 to ask them to remove my phone number and they hang up on me.

This caller has threatened to physically harm my family. I have received numerous calls from this number over the last several months. Their recorded introduction indicates in the beginning that I am in debt to them and that this is my last chance to resolve the issue. After listening further, I realize that it is a service that will lower my interest rates and says to press 2 if I want to be removed from their list. That has not stopped the calls. Today I pressed 1 and spoke with someone. I pretended to be interested in his offer, then asked him how to stop these annoying calls. The man told me that he has googled my address and that a red pickup will arrive at my house soon to do harm to me and my family.

Credit card. Recorded message implied I had neglected to respond to official correspondence regarding credit card and I would get into credit difficulties. I stayed on after the recording to talk to live rep. I've received several calls with the same message. Live rep hangs up when I ask for the name of the business or to be put on do not call list. Caller ID says "Telco" and number is 971-220-1002. Today's call is at least the fourth with this message. I haven't kept track of previous call dates -- all within the past few weeks.
