The call did not leave a message, but when I called the number, the response gave me the option of opting out of more calls.

Home security services and goods. When I told him the time at which he was calling and that its illegal, he said "yeah". And when I repeated that it is illegal to call past 9pm, he quickly thanked me for my time and hung up before I could get anymore information from him.
