This company repeatedly robo calls me even though I have asked them in >12 separate phone calls to stop calling me. My cell phone number has been on the Do Not Call registry since 10/08/2010. The robo call says "This is Anne (or similar) from Account Services (or Card Holder Services) for an urgent issue with your credit card..." They make it sound as if I had deliquient debt. The recording goes on "...to lower your credit card rate press 1 to talk to a service representative." I press 1, wait for a live operator, and politely ask the live operatior to stop all calls to me, but they immediately hang up on me. I call back the number, but the number is disconnected.

i don't recall. i do not play full message because it wastes my time & costs me money.

I call again the next day and the number is disconnected.

They wanted my CREDIT CARD #s in order to lower my interest rates. Also wanted other personal information!

They say they can lower the interest rate on my credit cards. They say that part of the stimulus package means that my interest rate can be as low as 2.9%. I know this is preposterous.
