They advertised the ability to lower your credit card interest rates. I had to hit 1 to get a a live person. When they answered they asked if I wanted to get the lower rates and I said no, I want you to remove me from your call list and they hung up on me.

Card Services promised to lower credit card debt or interest rate (don't recall which). I receive these calls about every 2 weeks always from different phone numbers. SOrry but I don't have the other numbers anymore. In the past I've stayed on the line long enough to talk to someone to have them remove me from the calling list. They were rude and just hung up.
