Also submitting this to the FBI, as there was a scam component involved, but since this was an automated call to a cell-phone and since I am on the do-not-call list, I'm hoping you guys will impose fines as well.

At 4:08 PDT on 7/17/2012 I received a call from a phone number reported via caller ID as 971-220-1032. It was an automated message from "CardMember Services" claiming to be able to reduce my interest rate. Upon pressing 1 I received a live person.

I as the person who she was, and she gave me the name of "Phylicia". I then asked her what company she worked for. At this moment she hung up, knowing that I was not going to give my information over to her.

Please fine them for wasting my time and cell-phone minutes with their scam.

It is an automated message for "Reducing Credit Card Rates". No company name is EVER given. You can press the number 1 for a live person - which I have done many times.
