I report every call I get to the FCC (AT LEAST 25 CALLS) as well as the state attorney generals office and no one will help so I know carry a very loud whistle and when they call I press one to speak to someone and if they pickup, yes your right, give it a good blast

Try telling them you are testing a new phone app that collects voice prints, see how quick they hang up and not touch your number again. I used something like that on Wndows scammers and it seems to have helped.

The call tells me I I'm quaified to consolodate my debt if I owe $5,000 or more on credit cards. That they will give me a great interest rate.

They want me to use them to lower credit card interest rate....they do not give company name and you cannot call the # shown as an incoming call on my cell phone.
