They promote the ability to lower your interest rate on your credit card and that it is the last time they will call for you to receive the offer.

A recorded message says that this is the last chance to cut my credit card interest to 6% provided I have one credit card in good standing and at least $3000 of debt. The recorded message then asks if you wish to speak with a representative press 1. Which I did and reached a person.

The recorded message says you need to act immediately to take advantage of lowering the interest rate on your credit cards. If you press 1, it takes you to a live representative who wants to give you an offer to lower your interest rate. The rep identified himself as James. I asked why he was calling me and he hung up on me.

I have been getting calls from interest rates reduction. The number that shows on my caller ID is (971) 220-1032. I have been getting those calls for the last 3-4 months. Sometimes I am in the middle of a meeting and they keep calling. When I call the number back to request for them to stop comes up a recording stating press one to have your number removed but doesn’t work I continue receiving those calls. Apparently for the recording of this company the name is Commercial Marketing Co.
