971-220-1032 / 9712201032 19/24 Credit Services or Credit Card Services

The pre-recorded message stated they were from MY credit card holder and wanted to lower MY interest rate. I pushed 1 to speak to a live person. The first words out of my mouth were "Please remove me from your list" but instead of complying or doing anything to remove me, they hung up on me. I have received these messages in the past, I have made this request in the past. NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I did not purchase a cellular phone so that I could be annoyed with harassing, repetitive, phone calls for services I don't want or need!! I have actively been on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since it's inception! WHY CAN NOTHING BE DONE???

I have asked to not be called. This company has called for about 2 years. I called my cell phone company and there is nothing they can do. I always get hung up on when I ask what company they are calling from. Just recently a guy swore over the phone and said some rude stuff then hung up on me. He attacked me over the phone verbally stating that "My shit sounds aggravated, damn lady for the rest of your life you need to whisper, you sound like a man (I had him on speaker phone), and that I made him want to chop his ears off. I am so pissed they keep taking up my time and now I have to find out who they are. I have to figure out how to stop these people.

I doesn't matter how many times you tell them to stop calling. Just hang up or don't answer. If they are calling your cell and you are able to; then add their number to the blocked numbers list and at least they wo't be able to call from that number again.

I recvd a call from FINANCIAL CTR, 9712201032. Was asked to press 1#. A lady answered, from Card Services, she asked if I had a Discover, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. I said yes. Then she asked how much debt I had. I said, that I don't even know who you are calling from. She said, "You don't know where I'm calling from, I'm asking a fucking question, just answer the question." And I hung up. This all happened within 2min. NO PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION will cruse at you for asking a question. DEF a SCAM!!!
