Talked generically about being able to lower my interest rates. I've told these scammers to remove me from their lists in the past.

It was Rachel from Credit Card Services (recording) promising to reduce our interest rate on our credit cards. We haven't had credit cards for several years. I get 3-4 calls from "Rachel" a week, I have pressed 2 several times to stop these calls, I have pressed 1 to talk to a representative to be taken off their list and nothing works. Also, I receive these calls from different names and numbers on the caller ID. There is no way to screen them.

The pre-recorded message is Anne from Credit Card Services offering to lower my non-existant credit card interest rates to as low as 4.25%. When I pressed one to talk to a person I was connected to a gentleman. I asked to be removed from their call list since I am on the Do Not Call List but he hung up on me before I completed my request.
