Reduce credit card interest rates. I do not have and have never had an outstanding balance. Cards are paid in full every month.

The call started with a pre-recorded message about lowering my credit card interest rate. It made it sound like they were calling from my bank. It says press one if you want to lower your rate. I have not recorded dates or times that I have gotten other calls from them but it is often. I always press one and when I get a real person I politely as them to remove me from their telemarketing list. They hang up on me before I finish every time getting all the words out every time. I did redial the number and got an automated system that said it would remove me.
