The call instructed me to press 1 to lower my interest rate. When I pressed 1, the call disconnected. I believed I would be talking to my Credit Card Company.

If I have more than $4,000 in outstanding credit card charges, they will help me consolidate to one account at a better interest rate. We do not leave balances on our credit cards. We pay them in full each month; therefore, we do not need their services.
