It was a recorded solicitation about reducing my credit card debt. I pressed 1 to talk with someone and when I asked them the name of their company, they hung up. I have had repeated calls with the same message.

The recording was selling services for reducing credit card rates. This company has called multiple times, although I do not have other times and dates. Each time I have stayed on the line, pressed 1 to talk to a live person and told them not to call any more and that I am on the do not call registry.

I recvd a call from FINANCIAL CTR, 9712201032. Was asked to press 1#. A lady answered, from Card Services, she asked if I had a Discover, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. I said yes. Then she asked how much debt I had. I said, that I don't even know who you are calling from. She said, "You don't know where I'm calling from, I'm asking a fucking question, just answer the question." And I hung up. This all happened within 2min. NO PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION will cruse at you for asking a question. DEF a SCAM!!!
